Dear guests, We will be launching our new Homestay unit at Tmn Aman Larkin, Larkin, Johor Bahru which is nearby the Larkin Bus Terminal. The Homestay is a three storey terrace house with 4 bedrooms and 4 washrooms. It can accomodate 20 guests in one time. It is a fully air-conditioning and fully furnished homestay. The rates charge are RM600 (weekday), RM700 (weekend) and RM750 (public holiday & eve). The homestay is now open for booking. Launching Of 2 New Guest House Units (Budget Suite) In Larkin And Skudai With As Low As RM100 @ Night

Dear guests, In order to meet the need from the sale personnel and bag packers, we have launched 2 budget suite which located at Larkin and Skudai, Johor Bahru, Johor. They are Aurora Homestay @ Larkin and Aurora Homestay @ Skudai (Budget Suite). Aurora Homestay @ Larkin is a single storey detached house completed with the basic ammenity and spacious coverd car park. The Homestay consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 sharing washrooms. However, the owner is present and is occupied 1 bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms (2 with air-con and 1 with fan) will be given to the guest to stay. The occupacity capacity is 8 persons. The connectivity is good as it is located next to the Larkin Bus Terminal. You can easily access to JB town and Singapore within 5 to 10 minutes drive. The rate in Ringgit Malaysia : 120 (weekday), 140 (weekend) and 150 (public holiday). Aurora Homestay @ Skudai is an apartment located at Tmn Sri Pulai Perdana, Skudai, Johor. It is located nnext to Pulai Spring Resort and UTM. It is furnished with furniture, television, freezer, kettle, shower heater, iron and fans. It comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. The occupacity capacity is 6 persons. The rate in Ringgit Malaysia : 100 (weekday), 120 (weekend) and 130 (public holiday).
